Justin Bieber Says He Handles Fame Like Jay-Z

'I don't need to address every speculation,' singer tells Teen Vogue about the rumors surrounding him.

Justin Bieber wants you to know he hears all the rumors; he's just brushing them right off his shoulder. After what's been a rollercoaster ride of a month, full of tabloid speculation about his personal life, Bieber is opening up about his ups and downs in the new issue of Teen Vogue.
Bieber is on the cover in a white tank top for the magazine's music issue. And even on the cover, he's out to set the record straight, sharing "I know who I am, and I'm very much in control."
And, inside he's comparing his own life in the public eye to the deeply private life of Jay-Z. He says in the interview (which took place when he was in NYC for "Saturday Night Live"), "I don't need to address every speculation. Remember when Cam'ron dissed Jay-Z? Jay-Z didn't even respond. Why didn't he respond, because he's Jay-Z."
But, Bieber hasn't been all that quiet. He's vented about the tabloid speculation on social media, includinglengthy rants on Twitter and Instagram. And, after he was accused of assault by his neighbor in L.A., he addressed all the attention in an interview with Us Magazine last week. In his latest tell-all, he doesn't do any venting, but rather keeps it positive by thanking his fans.
"My Twitter is really nice," he said. "I have so many fans that I rarely ever see a nasty tweet. I don't read YouTube comments because those can get you sad. I see so much stuff on the Internet, sometimes I just want to go to Twitter and just go after people. But then I just think twice: If someone is dissing me, I'm going to make this person way more famous by tweeting them."
Bieber is currently on his Believe tour abroad and will land back in the States in June. In between tour dates, he's also managed to make some time for his friends in the Wanted. Their manager, Scooter Braun, confirmed that Bieber just penned a track for the British boy band. "so @justinbieber wrote a smash for @thewanted . damn. #hitrecord," he wrote on Tuesday.

Hot Combo! Wale And Wizkid To Combine In New Album

Wale1

Mix it, old and new…
Nigerian-born rapper Wale has announced that Nigerian thoroughbred Wizkid will feature on his forthcoming album ‘The Gifted’ scheduled for release on June 25, 2013.
The Maybach Music Group ensign revealed this a few weeks ago on Twitter while dropping some hints on how his new album would sound.
Best believe I got some new music for that green white green on my new album.. Ask @wizkidayo‘, @Wale wrote.
This comes as a bit of a follow-up on Wale’s declaration that Wizkid is his favourite African artiste.
The pair must done some lyrical romance in the studio last year; because Wizkid also disclosed in an interview with OK! Magazine that he had enlisted Wale’s artistry on his upcoming mixtape.

Yeah Right! Chris Brown Loves ‘Nigerian’ Azonto By Wizkid

Wizkid-Chris-Brown

The stars speak the truth
US singer Chris Brown is all up in the air promoting his recently released single and video Fine China. Having embarked on media tours to carry out the promotion of his sixth album titled ‘X’, he inevitably landed on BET’s 106 & Park.
While fielding questions about the video, Chris said he infused some African Azonto moves into the choreography and attributed its origin to Nigeria. He also revealed that pop singer Wizkid did the honour of putting him through the intricate dance steps.
Chris Brown definitely has not scored high points with the Ghanaian populace since Azonto’s originated in Ghana, with one blog really capturing the heat with the salty headline ‘WTF: Chris Brown Talks About AZONTO On BET, But He Says The Dance Is A Nigerian Thing…‘.
Deal with that…

Porn Star Slaps Bow Wow with Lawsuit

1011-bow-wow-2

Are we talking jail time here? Not really, but the YMCMB rapper has been ordered to pay French adult film star Celine Tran, aka Katsuni, a total of nearly $80,000 after using some of her striptease footage for his “Drink in my Cup” video.
Last time we checked, the hiphop video world had no stripper shortages, so how come Bow Wow couldn’t hire one for his video? Tran claimed she had no idea her recording, which originally appeared in a music video for French band Electronic Conspiracy , was swiped by the rapper.
According to TMZ, Bow Wow never responded to the lawsuit, leaving it in the hands of a federal judge. The court ruled that Bow Wow would pay the sum of $79,346.07, including damages and lawyer fees to Tran, and that the footage be removed immediately.

Tyga's Hotel California Isn't Like Its Cover 'At All'

'When you listen to the music it's the total opposite,' Tyga tells MTV News of what he considers the 'classic and mellow' album cover.

Don't judge Tyga's Hotel California by its cover. On the surface T-Raww's LP art may look calm and serene, but the album's tracks are anything but.
"The music is not mellow at all, so that's why I did the cover real classic and mellow and laid back. When you listen to the music it's the total opposite," he told us on the set of his upcoming "Molly" music video with Wiz Khalifa.
Tyga Was 'Impatient' To Put Out His New Music
When Tyga first revealed the Hotel California cover in February, he was plastered front and center wearing a long white mink coat and matching mink hat standing in the courtyard of a plush Hollywood home. To the rapper's side was a tiger and behind him were palm trees and the Hollywood hills. Though fans were quick to react, the Young Money flame-thrower then retracted the image, admitting that he jumped the gun by releasing it.
"My problem is I'm impatient, so I don't like to wait until everything is done to put it out. I always like to give my fans information as soon as I get it, to keep them involved from day one," he said. "Actually that wasn't the official cover, it was never done. I had just tweeted it out like let me see what people think."
In the end, the rapper opted to take himself off of the April 9 album cover completely, leaving only the real-life tiger lying by a sunny poolside. "I got like four or five other covers too, but I just officially felt like the one that I put out with the tiger on the front and the tiger on the back, it felt classic to me," he said. "The tiger is self-explanatory, but I just felt like it was real classic and it said a lot about California and that image. From the palm trees to the just the relaxation, to what California brings."
